This cost reduction lowers our carbon footprint and promotes a sustainable practice.

While distillation has been practiced for centuries, with records dating back to 1200 BC for the production of perfumes and aromatic oils, significant technological advancements were not made until the 12th century AD when it began to be used to distill spirits. The invention of the column still in the early 19th century marked the last major breakthrough in distillation technology.
